How the 72-hour clock works
Your first mobile-responsive design draft is delivered within 72 hours of your completed, paid onboarding, or we take 50% off your setup fee. If we miss it, half your setup fee is refunded to your original payment method. We issue the refund within 1 business day of the missed deadline; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. The clock starts when your form is complete and setup is paid, whichever happens last. It pauses while we wait on your photos, logo, text, domain or DNS access, or old-site logins for a migration. The 72 hours covers your first draft, a private preview, not a live site.
