Training
Training that makes your team confident
Great gear only helps if your people can run it. We teach volunteers and staff hands-on, on your own equipment.
Volunteer team training
- Sound board basics: gain, EQ, monitors and feedback
- Running slides, video and streaming without panic
- Lighting scenes and cues made simple
On-site, on your gear
- We train on your console and your room, not a classroom
- Sessions timed around rehearsals and service nights
- New volunteers can be brought up any time
Leave-behind guides
- Simple written steps taped to the booth
- Saved presets and labeled channels
- A direct email when something is off
Sessions are on site in our service area, on your own equipment. If the organization also needs a website, website design is available across Mississippi. The free Compass check-up is there when you want a look at a site you already have.
