These notes describe how this website is set up to be used. Simmons Security Solutions runs S3 Media Team from Houston, Mississippi, and the work is aimed at Chickasaw, Calhoun, and Monroe counties.

Quotes and requests

Sending the quote form, or the request form on a Compass report, asks S3 to get back to you by email. The quote page says walkthroughs and quotes in Chickasaw, Calhoun, and Monroe counties are free, and that replies are aimed at the same business day. S3 support is by email only (sales@s3mediateam.com); we don't offer phone, video, or text support.

A quote form or Compass request is only a request for a quote, not a contract. An agreement exists when S3 sends a written quote or proposal and the customer accepts it in writing or pays. For website plans, the checkout payment is the acceptance and these terms apply from then.

Website onboarding

Website onboarding asks you to describe the organization and upload logo or photo files, then opens Stripe Checkout for the plan you selected. Checkout uses the setup price and the monthly price configured for that plan. The onboarding page shows a banner when checkout is in test mode or when live checkout is not configured.

The website design and onboarding pages currently say: "Your first mobile-responsive design draft is delivered within 72 hours of your completed, paid onboarding, or we take 50% off your setup fee.*Clock starts when your form is complete and setup is paid. See how it works" The clock starts once the onboarding form is complete and payment is confirmed, whichever happens last. The first draft is a private preview for you to mark up. It is not a finished live site.

The 50% off the setup fee is the customer's only remedy for a late first draft, and the 72-hour clock pauses while we wait on content, logos, approvals, domain or DNS access, or old-site logins from the customer.*Clock starts when your form is complete and setup is paid. See how it works

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started, except the 72-hour remedy above. If work has not started, a full refund if requested within 3 days of payment. Compass check-ups

Compass is the free checkup described on /compass. It reads the public website address you submit and public listing data for the organization you name, then shows scores and suggested next steps on a report link. The report page is available to anyone with that link while the checkup is marked approved.

Compass scores and reports are informational, not a guarantee of rankings or results.

Accounts

Sign-in is for saving and viewing your own service requests. You can use an email and password or Google. Keep the password to yourself. Service-request details you submit are stored on your account.

Governing law and venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the Circuit Court of Chickasaw County, Mississippi, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi (Aberdeen Division). You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or improper venue.

Warranty and liability

Services and the website are provided "as is" without warranties beyond what S3 promises in writing (such as the 72-hour remedy), and implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent allowed by law. Liability is limited to the amount the customer paid S3 in the prior 12 months, and excludes indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits. Customers are responsible for the content they provide and for having the rights to use it. Minimum age

Services are for businesses, churches, schools and people 18 or older. They are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
